Global Ressources humaines is managed by it’s founder, Mr. Richard Dufour.

Mr Richard Dufour, CRHA, CPC

Mr. Richard Dufour has been working in the staffing agency sector for over 28 years and has developed a wealth of expertise in the field of recruitment and staffing. Mr. Dufour is highly regarded by many business leaders, most notably in the manufacturing and transport sectors.

He was president of a major placement agency for more than 10 years before serving as vice-president of a national company that specializes in human resources management and job placement.

Mr. Dufour is a member of the Association nationale des entreprises en recrutement et placement de personnel (ACSESS) and served as President for the Quebec Chapter from 1999 to 2007. Mr. Dufour is the recipient of the Merit of Excellence Award from the National Association of Personnel Recruitment and Placement Companies (ACSESS), an honour that has been awarded to only 10 individuals across Canada over the past 50 years. He is also a member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés du Québec. In addition, he was Vice-President and member of the Executive Committee of the Conseil du Patronat du Québec from 1998 to 2008.

Our human resources consultants have over 25 years of experience in HR management and job placement. They are members of several associations and professional orders such as the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés du Québec, the Barreau du Québec, the Association nationale des entreprises en recrutement et placement de personnel and the Ordre des administrateurs agréés du Québec.

Our team members are directly involved in each project and play an active role in the human resources and business communities. This ensures that our clients can benefit from professional advice on new approaches to human resources and labour relations management in Quebec and Canada.
